Your personal conference planner will handle all food service needs for your event. This includes all menu and budget preparation, contact with the catering director and chef, food set-up and follow-up with you for approvals.
Food service events can be located in any Gruenhagen Conference Center meeting space or at other locations on campus. They can also be held outdoors adjacent to the Conference Center and along the Fox River.

- Box lunches
- Special event meals
